The standard order processing time is up to 5 business days, unless the product is sold as a preorder. In such cases, the estimated processing time is provided in the product description.
2. Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund (including the cost of the cheapest available shipping option) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
